Sound into a follower of Jesus not a follower in worldly overload
Worship Christ alone connected as a believer with contagious joy
Like a cloud, drop by His house and tell Jesus how you love Him
A perfect rose at the feet of the Savior in final steps together
Him face-to-face on a page of Jehovah's Word and gratitude
Christ revealed in drama timing "It is true! The Lord has risen"
Jesus standing among them in greeting and resurrection night
Jesus Beloved unveiled to heavenly sight be still my heart
"Peace be with you" very much alive the spear wound on His side
"Why are you troubled and why do doubts rise in your minds?"
Scars engraved in constant provision and glorious intervention
Behold the hands and feet of Christ with eyes of faith and victory
Walking through walls eating real food in flesh and bones glorified
Jesus unrestrained in heavenly body and floor behind close doors
Next His entrance on a white horse in victorious splendor forever
Infallible His perfect Face seen with their eyes saw with our hearts
Under Christ heels ascended the serpent struck with stones and thorns
Breathing a soul into humanity the One and Only Lover of your soul
From glory unto glory that's God's Way all is said and done Shalom!

Rom. 8: 18; 10: 10, 17; John 14: 16-18; I John 3: 2; Col. 1: 9, 10; 2: 2, 3; I Thess 4: 16, 17; Eph. 2: 14: Luke 24: 36-53; John 20: 19, 29; Is. 49: 16; Heb. 11: 6; Acts 17: 11, 12; John 4: 39-42; 2 Chron. 9: 5-8; Psalm 106: 9-12.
After His resurrection, Jesus appeared to a few people in testimony. He revealed Himself to Cleopas at their table and then disappeared. Later, the Eleven were swept up by excitement when Christ appeared to Peter. While they were still talking, Jesus set stage in conjecture and doubt. No it was not a vision, not Gabriel not heavenly hosts not apparition Jesus Himself in flesh! He scared the disciples to death with His greeting of peace! The sight was almost more they can bear. Eyes and brains were computing intellectually in mental files. He showed His hands and feet in total belief that He was not a ghost. Astounding Jesus' willingness to still prove even after His death He was the One and Only Christ, especially to people He spent a lot of time with. He was visible in a very poignant way and the scars were touchable.
The disciples were pretty lucky to have seen Him before He ascended to higher glory. Jesus comfort us with this "blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed" (John 20: 29) Was Jesus too good to be true? The disciples still obstinate in their disbelief. Jesus asked for food and gave him broiled fish and ate. Proof that His body was unrestrained by earthly boundaries. I John 3: 2 says "But we know that when He appears we shall be like Him for we shall see Him as He is". A piece of fish to prove the point! Imagine when the disciples saw and believed finally brief moments with the Messiah filled with celebration. Luke 24: 45 says "then He opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures" and received spiritual wisdom. Same for us today when we pray Him to open our minds putting the pieces of a puzzle and causing unspeakable joy of seeing they fit together! The disciples comprehended Christ's sufferings and His resurrection and became "witnesses of these things". Same today, pray that nothing can keep us from telling about the Spirit of truth and the power of His presence. John 1: 14 says "the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only .. full of grace and truth". After the visible, He became invisible in His forever humanity destined to change us. We can't draw near Him and remain the same. He is the Best!
