In My sight

Relentless dreams burns in my mind,
looking for you – yet I'm blind.
Searching this road for so long,
there is nowhere else I belong.
It's only you -- I wish I could find.
The love for you keeps me strong.

I'll never give up on me and you,
How I feel -- this love is true.
Wanting you in my arms at night,
I don't care if it's wrong or right.
The pain I feel draws me through
if just once... to hold you in my sight.

    That is the strength of conviction that one needs in a relationship. And of course it takes two parties to believe the same thing. But your words are affirmative and open and that's the way relationships should be. Nicely written.
