In the palm of his hand
He holds my broken heart
Battered and abused
Torn and ripped apart
Slowly his hand closes
Delight shines in his eyes
Tighter he holds my heart
Oblivious to my cries
Blood runs down his fingers
He runs his tongue over it
Murmurs in appreciation
Closes his eyes to savor it
I stand before him crying
For him to stop this pain
But he chuckles at my pleas
Driving me insane
To my knees I fall in agony
No strength left to stand
Begging for my release
Trying to understand
He watches me fall
Enjoying his power
Watching me grow weaker
By the second, the minute, the hour
Soon there will be nothing left
A shadow of who I was
Before he capture my heart
With his toxic love
I close my eyes to block out
The image before me
When he grins with joy
And crushes my heart completely
