When the wind blows cold,
and the dark of night's your crown-
if loneliness aches with emptiness,
and you feel so all alone.
Know that God is with you,
you just need to call to Him-
He's aware of how you're feeling,
your every pain is known.
Listen to His voice,
hear Him when He calls-
let His comfort touch you,
claim His love as your own.
Acknowledge Christ the Savior,
Who shed His Blood for you-
take the love He offers,
place your burdens at His Throne.
Your sins will all be cleansed,
no more a part of you-
He'll live within your heart,
for your soul will be atoned.
