You Were the Difference in My LIfe.

plastic soldiers
used to be tin
and building blocks distort any kind of sunset
possible for a view like it was 40 years ago.
music hardly makes me cry anymore
it's made like the twilight zone towns
and the robots walking in my path

i watched a movie that asked me why
and I wanted to leave that place
it was kind of lonely until i met you
we wondered
will we remember how we met
and how we loved?
the affect of the scene
i never could forget
as i passed by .

    didnt get the ending

  • It lays in front of me an interesting scene and metaphor

I guess I get part of it. Then again I'm not you, and this was written from your perspective. I would love to know the meaning however.

Well..my mind sometimes is all over the place... I thought of this as I was driving back from a quick run from my bank this morning..seeing all the buildings around me that get so quickly built..seems like not much has "unique flavor" anymore..cardbored copies I guess...honestly..was thinking of the movie " Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind"..but at the same time feeling great about where my life is going..so I guess several things..the person I will be seeing in just over 2 weeks..very excited about and the first moment we meet I always want to look back and smile..this might make no sense either...
