No wonder she's struggling with debt.

 

Credit cards, debit cards,
Her secret pleasures.
Spending plastic treasures
For her own, personal leisure.

 

Saving her thoughts on some electronic device
Wires, E-mails, cyberspace, texts,
Everthing today has got a price
We'll be showering in diet coke next.

    Very timely, well done. I wrote a poem not unlike this one some time ago. I am much older than you are and have the same problems but with a different perspective. Check it out and see what you think. It is called "Influenza" Thanks You have all the gagets. I love the diet coke line.
