I was nice and comfortable, sitting on my bed.
I was eating an apple, wishing I had grapes instead.
While I was looking out the window, thinking about moving,
My thoughts became awfully consuming.
So I walked out side to pick a daisy.
When suddenly I felt a little lazy.
Things were getting rough, so I decided to take a nap.
I dreamed of a zebra, with a hump on his back.
His color was violet, and he carried a sack.
He was playing the xylophone, and sounded quite humble.
Until I realized he was starting to stumble.
He tripped over a pebble, and fell flat on his but
but he decided he wasn't going to give up.
He played beautiful jazz He could really carry a note.
his singing was rusty, but not as bad as his friend goat.
When they got done playing I invited them in for tea
I made two new friends I wish you could meet.

Playful, stream of consciousness stuff. One typo - "but" should be "butt"
Thank you for entering this fun piece. -
Reminds me of the Beatles
