I'm not abandoned
Though I saw it not before
My heart is now whole

After so much pain
And so many months of hurt
I am now at peace

Was it all a dream
Perhaps my dream has come true
My prayers are answered

I must have been blind
Because now I understand
We are friends again

    Pretty good poem, short but interesting. It is thought provoking and shows that you really tried for it. The emotions come through easily.
