Fat-bellied piglet
Rolling along

1. My allpoetry name is Dapigster.
I chose it because I like pigs, and flight, so in fifth grade made up the name "Flying Pigs" for our volleyball team. It meant we could do anything. I grew really attached to it, especially after I made a song to the tune of "Glory, Glory Hallelujah!"
My real name is Chloe. Pronounced KLOE-EE. I am not Cleo. Or Clo.
If I changed my AP name, which I might, because it sounds like a boy and I have been mistaken for that once on Yahoo! Answers, it might be... I don't know, I would make a contest. Still would have to do with pigs, of course. Maybe Frederika, like in these books, there is a pig called Freddy. He is many things, a camper, writer, poet, detective and more. I'm a girl, so I'd use a feminine name. I would not change my real name.
I'm eleven years old.

2. My favorite music genre: Well, I like a lot of things, though I mainly play classical with the cello and piano.
I like a lot of colors, mainly pastel things. I don't like bright red, or red with black. Same with bright pink.
Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn. Or Charlie Chaplin and Audrey Hepburn, or Charlie Chaplin and Barbara Streisand.
I've watched a lot of movies, can't remember them all... but I love the thing with Milo and Otis... I also like the Magnificent Seven... I can't remember them all, just like the books I read.
I like almost all kinds of poetry, except the things I can't read, like Adult and Abuse and Erotica and stuff. Oh, and if something is about, like, paganism, I won't read it. This might make you not want to let me in, but I'm Christian.
Freeverse AND Rhyme-- if the free verse has flow, and impact, and the rhyme is not forced, which mine is-- forced, that is.
The Highwayman, by Alfred Noyes, is my favorite poem.

3. I want to be in your family cause I want one too, you seem to be a cool person, I like your poetry, and a lot more things! Also, I have a contest for an AP family! Could you enter? I would like to be a little sister or cousin.
This is what I know about you:  Your name is Amanda. Most people like to call you Manduhhh because of your tendency to be slow. You're almost sixteen, and really out there. You tend to think about things a lot, and drive yourself crazy while doing so. Karaoke is your Friday Night activity, along with Rock Band & Guitar Hero. You like video games. Poetry is your thing, along with drawing.
You tend to get along better with guys because you are not dramatic and dislike drama, too. You're sarcastic & witty. Once someone get to know you, they'll realize when you're joking & when I'm not. You promise that. But just because you're sarcastic doesn't mean you can't be serious. You hate mind games. You've changed a lot in the past two years. You have a hard time with confrontations, (like me) but you're getting better at them (also like me! You'd LIKE to believe that all guys aren't the same, but you still haven't been proved otherwise.
You don't know what you're doing until it's been done. You love music. Your friends are you life. You get along with people who are as crazy as you. You don't trust easily, for your own reasons, which you don't expect me to understand, but you do expect me to respect. Buy you gummy worms, you'll love me. Your life is your own-- you're gonna live it your own way. And I'll respect that, unless you try to ruin it.
