I talk to my screen,
hoping for an answer.
The darkness surrounding,
a reminder that I am alone.
A whisper into spaces
breaks the overwhelming silence.
I type another sentence and
wonder why I feel so lonely.

Ha! Another great write. PERFect imagery and truthfulness about this. This has some beautiful feeling reading it, short, simple and charming.

We have spoken for a while. I have been training so much for the armwrestling, I hardly have chance to write these days, but sometimes the feeling comes and I just have to put it to pen.

Thanks Gaylene, I am actually so hard in training for the Worlds that I seldom get a chance to write. Occassionally an emotion requires words but mostly I am doing great. This was just one of those deeper darker moments in my daily existance that begged to be put on paper, so to speak
