You have to learn to face the fears in which you hold.
You can't be held down by anything but what you decide.
Find your will to survive. We both know you have one.
We all have to take on the hard times.
None of us has yet managed to die from something.
That the horrible things make us feel inside.
Come out of the darkness and into the light.
I know it's bright but you can survive.
Lingering outside from the doorways in which you hide.
Is the hardest part of starting your fight.
But I promise it's much more beautiful out here inside the rays of sunlight.
We all can survive.
