I woke up this morning to the sound of pouring rain and of course to the aching pain in my joints. (all of them) lol I guess thats my inspiration. Haven't written a song for some time so here goes. God Bless

I like the play on words with "reign". The metaphor of being washed clean by rain, and God, "reign," is great. I too have always found rain to be very cleansing and purifying; releasing my sorrows. This is a very lovely song. Thank you for sharing!
