This is beautiful
For its a misty morn quite like here in Ky
and the mist hovering on the ground is somewhat cold to my bones
Ahhhhh could visualize this one sweetie

Pretty ku. Discriptive, with a touch of surreality. Very pleasant reading. Only seven words too...short does it best, as ever. Great job.

exquisite
Oh...you have captured that image perfectly. I have seen it a thousand times...and will never see it again without these words dancing through my mind. Wonderfully done. I do so love the concisely done poem...to me the epitome of the poetic art. Thanks so much for sharing this brilliant bit of poesy.

hi andrew - enjoyed this poem very much...i quite like valley dawns as the first line...i seem to remember you having some doubts about it on another haiku board - but i like it...
love the image of the lit tree floating in fog...excellent...

very good
Beautifully done. I had the pleasure of playing in the early morning mist one day. It produced some startling images that I turned into part of a story.
I love the memories you have brought back for me.
thanks,

The background that you chose adds to the imagery... very nice

what a perfect description, you have painted a lovely picture of the sometimes almost unreal mist and light at dawn.

This is awesome. I can just see this. The mist lingering over the valley floor. Wow cool image.
