December 22
An evening of playful infatuation
A kissed that ensared her heart
Captivating and coy
Lost in the ecstacy of new found love
She turned a blind eye to danger...
She offered her heart
Her mind
Her body
Until all traces of innocence were lost
But her bed of roses began to shrivel...
Despite ber blissful facade
The Blue Devil's icy breath upon her neck
Her love gave way to dread...
June 11
As the cold was stripped away
By the virgin days of summer
So did new love come into play...
Torn by an agonizing ulimatum
Her safe but faded love
Or unpredictable infatuation
She couldn't win either way...
And as she made her choice
She was struck by unspeakable pain
Left with a hole her new love simply could not fill
It remains to this day
A gaping wound in her chest...
There forever
Author notes
I just had this scar ripped open...again.
