Misdeed

Your hands
soaked with sin
They reek
of the sweat on my unconscious body
Glistening
drops of violation

Your promises
of keeping me safe
Were only
a ploy to ravage my strength
Watching
soberly as the spirits devour my stability

Your coy
facade won you only deceit
Tomorrow
your talk of triumph will be silenced
Hoping
instead for cloudy recollection

Your attempts
at muzzling your actions
Only brought
me order of protection
Realizing
actuality of the crime done is overbearing

and permanent.

    Welcome to Allpoetry

    Ok.. here is the feedback

As a poem u have written it well, employing a fine set of words. But personally, I would suggest you to watch around and get inspired by the many many muses Looking forward to read a more cheerful write from you end.

You have a clear idea of what you want to say - which is good. Also you have a clear idea of how you want to say it - alternating short and long lines, dictating where the reader pauses for breath, a strong and confident approach.
