and flew me on wings that have never seen light before.
when we were together I was able to control the moon
so it would shine down on us;
and in the moon-beams you would gaze down at me through emerald eyes.
I felt as if I was intoxicated by your love.
Whenever we kissed I felt the spark within you
reach out and touch the spark inside of me.
We would be together, always
because that's what you promised me.
You keep on running through my mind
and the time when we first kissed is on replay.
It was eight minutes past midnight
and all we were doing was getting a snack from the kitchen
I turned around to find the bread and butter
instead I found you,
with love in your hands, and perfect lips to spread it with.
