We were very lonesome and was looking for a friend,
when on allpoetry we saw a heart that needed to mend.
With the love we so hold within us we reached out to say,
honey I give you this rose for your friendship today.
Many times we talked and made each others life so rich,
unknowing we were helping each other with each gentle stitch.
Mending hearts from afar yet feeling our gentlest of touch,
honey our friendship we gained was just enough.
So I give you this rose to brighten your day,
and may the angels forever about you be at play.
Bringing you the morning mist and the gentle sun to shine,
for my guardean angel and my best friend in time.
Reptile Lady you blessed my every day,
with your love for animals and your heart at play.
I just wanted you to know you have a place always in my heart,
for the day we brought each other out of such loneliness
you played the biggest part.
