love hurts
when one day your on top of the world
and the next...
your crashing down to the deepest pits of sorrow
all that was good now seem wrong and out of shape
that which was bright now turns dark
hope sinks away in to the background never to be seen again
leaving you to crawl back in to your lonely hole
to stay there wishing and thinking what ifs and i could haves
where every thought hurts as it dredges up once wonderful memories that now only bring pain
rumors and gossip now circle around and brings your world down around your feet
where it stays looking at you with its sad face
you keep asking why or what now but never get a answer only hurt
the tears they flow uncontrollably when you try to think when your foolish and think you can handle the pain
you try to move on but you just cant let go the past even though it's a thorny trail littered in regret and pain
love hurts when it turns on you and leaves you to drown in your misery.
