80 years ago god sent an angel down
After loving, caring and helping
He was brought back to heaven
As tears roll down our cheeks he's up there smiling

The one question we always ask
All he ever did was help and love
Why take him away now
God needed his angel
He completed his mission on earth
Now guarding heavens gates
Awaiting the day the others are summond
Until the day we meet again
He will float atop my shoulder
Invisible to all
Keeping me safe from harm
With pleasent thoughts filling our hearts
Knowing you are at peace
No longer will our cheeks be moist
You are in better hands now
