Scents of emerald blades after the clear rain
All the wonders of the heart come from you
Solitude sings when released from all pain
Feathers soar upon the wings of deep love
Ocean breezes whisper upon a whim
I'm a soul who longs for pure peace above
With sweet lullaby's from an angel's hymn
Portraits of skies with the most brightest hues
Comfort visions of sweet cotton candy
Bouncing upon clouds my spirit renews
As the whispering winds of time do sway
Let the river of life wash my soul clean
I rest my thoughts on Heaven's pillow dream

one thing though, there is no sentace breakes or full stops, which confussed me a little but it really is a beautiful piece of writing best of luck in the contest -

beautiful.. the imagery was just so beautiful and peaceful..There are a lot of emotions running through out this piece.. some sadness and yet peace, with a little be of strong will and acceptance as well.. but that could just be me..lol. Indeed my darling there is a light at the end of our darkest night we shall embrace the One whom loves us for He is the Healer the best there ever was
so lay down your head on the pillow tonight and allow the sweet Master to make things right When the time is here you will be made whole, believe in Him, my precious loving soul.
Until then as tears claim my eyes I shall keep you lifted to Owner of the skies A angelic kiss is full of love is sent to you so embrace it my darling, we will make it through.

I do hope you know that no matter the trial, the burden, I am here. We are struggling through lifes war but in the end we shall conquer the battle and be warriors of strength. All I can say to that one is Amen. I love the last line. I rest my thoughts on Heaven's pillow dream. That my last thoughts at night and my first thoughts during the day. This is very touching.If hope someday I can say my spirit renews. I been thinking about that line our spirit does renew or we would have a hard time going on. I can say lately is been hard. I think I can not go on after a night of sleep we are hard back at it. Lord provide sometimes I do not even notice it. Thank you for pointing it out to me.
