Geisha

The dance has only just begun
Silken robes dust the ground
Colors flash in layers of beauty
Her secrets yet remain unknown
Delicate butterfly, strongest angel
She is art in movement and life
Grace comes flowing to her as water

What a sad people to lose this light

Is this from that movie memoirs of a geisha? Because I saw that movie and it was so beautiful and sad to see the customs of a people and the death of such a light.
I like how this poem captures the sadness of the loss.
