bet you've got some like me.
I got mine from the shop of life,
on buy one get one free.
I hadn't really noticed,
till I looked the other day.
Just how my crinkly wrinkly bits,
were getting their own way.
It seems to me I never know,
when one more will appear.
For every time I check to see,
they've snuck up from the rear.
They've got my smile surrounded,
built a fortress on my brow.
Yet to this day I just don't know,
Quite where, or when, or how.
But still they keep on coming,
and I'm very sure it's true.
These persistent crinkly wrinkly bits ,
I've paid for "just like you".

You're giving me some extra crinkly winkly bits around my eyes cuz your making me laugh...LOl
Yep, it's the old "school of life" for sure, but if they're crinkly winkly's that have accrued from happy and natural experiences, I reckon they add a bit of character... nice write

This is really a nice take on wrinkles and how they appear almost over night. The rhyme was great and the flow was consistent throughout. Just one problem in the first stanza;
" I've got some crinkly wrinkly bits,
bet you've got some like me.
I got mine from the shop of life,
on buy one get one free.should that be buy one you get one free?
