i am betrothed to life
in labor, juxtaposed to give life
separate and gathered in one breath
in wonder of my last breath
quite still for this moment
cozily nestled in whispers silent moment
second chance glances reared
flash pots of how i was reared
poetry is chorographed beats
the all of every word that repeats beats
working 'round the clock to ticking time
this mind-genre consumes huge masses of my time
Author notes
*A flash pot is fire and sparks with smoke. It is a lighting effect that magicians use more often than actors but it has been used in drama/theatre productions. I operated a flash pot in a children's show years ago, when I first became a thespian. It can be an unsafe special effect if operated without proper timing, and precision.
The Form is New.
I think!?
If not, someone please let me know.
I call it; "beat-repeat-beat! LOL
Just messing around.

Your thoughts played out well on this stage of AP. I think the first and last line tell the story of your passion for love and life. Write on, my dear, write on.

Sincerely,
Leo Long
