Human girl...
I made a promise to you long ago,
deep in sunset mists that swirled
around us, binding us together so.
I promised you safety from the storm,
herald of evil's bane,
coming in the black flame form,
that only my water can protect.
Dear girl...
I promise you guardianship and love,
in these sunset mists that swirl
today, until the day you fly above.
Come with me and we will fly,
Your protection extends to the skies
where I rule, there is no danger there,
And evil can't hide, don't be scared.
