I call out to you
For the release of oblivion,
You call out to me
From the comfort of shadows.
A cold, dark kind of love
For a cold, dark kind of world,
The walls we build in our hearts
Slowly begin to fall.
Does it matter if it hurts
To love in a world without love?
Does it matter if the pelasure
Comes from shared pain?

Thank You!!
Thank You for Your entry: Pain or Pleasure
This piece tugged hard at Spirit and while I was reading which I do several times~ Images come to me in many forms~ while taking in Your words: release of oblivion- for some reason while reading this- I kept being shown reference to different realms- also fractals- and bizarre as it may sound- a sea urchin for some reason shown that creature
also when reading the last line- was seeing an image of two people joined at the hip- like conjoined twins-however that is to be interpreted-
- Whether metaphor or symbolism
Hopefully this makes some sense~
Excellent take on the prompt ~
Powerful images & message You have brought forth

Thank You for sharing Your Talent also Voice!
Best wishes to You in the contest Sweet Soul
**Judging will be done shortly...
Many blessings too
and much love & light~ Desire~*~
