“Unreasonably obstinate,”
that’s what they always say.
I prefer to think of it another way.
Everyone is trying hard to fit in.
I just want to fit within my skin.
Let them march in lock-step
to their symphony.
I’m content to dance to
the music within me.

This is outstanding.. The more positive on being stubborn.. I don't think being stubborn is a bad thing, its all good. just depends on how one looks at it, as with everything else. I love the last 2 stanzas..
