Enjoyed your haiku! I love to go for walks during a full moon. It seems to follow me wherever I go.

Love moons in poems and this one is so very poetic. Wonderful to think that the same moon shines down on all of us, no matter where we are.

Your observations draw us together. I saw that same moon last night and while I'll confess you weren't there with it. This morning we connected over your poem and a cup of coffee. --- Thank you.

Dear Mariza,
Sorry, but in the interests of fair play you must mark your entry "Non-Entry" so that I don't inadvertently award you the GOLD Trophy and upset Yem who is struggling with his 9th. haiku (only 92 to go to reach his olympic record and win LEAD medal.)
A very neat 3/4/2 asymmetric non-entry. Lovely image.
A white tree?

Dear Mari, It's lovely to look out the window at night and see the moon. I love to stand outside before retiring and look at all the colours around the moon.
Great haiku
Love Joan

I don't write much haiku, but i'm starting to know it when i see it; light and shadow and the night brings shapes to the eye in a different way, i often notice how white the trees and leaves can be in moonlight...very nice ...haiku...PK

I figure if Hugh can do it, so can I!
