Your stare is such an icy blue,
seeing right through my soul.
Leaving me to writhe and shake,
I have no self control.
It seems as if you’ve reached right in
and stolen my cold black heart.
Dissecting love, my feelings torn.
my desires ripped a part.
I know not why you felt the
need, to torture me today.
Somehow you have misconstrued,
my intentions along the way.
So give my heart right back to
me, it has not always been sour.
Just since you’ve taken control,
when you have exercised your power.
I’ll love again it will be true,
my heart will beat dark red.
My love won’t be just in my
chest, I’ll dream it in my head.

I like this. Very interesting take on the prompt. Creative. Most people just take the picture literally. They don't take time to think about the possibilities. So I am impressed with your ability to do so. I don't like how you end some of your lines, though. You should end it with the last word before the comma, not start the next one with it. In general, it is very creative. Good job.
