it's a shame
everywhere you turn the news
war and murder, killing blues
assaulted here, abandoned there
this world is in despair
it's a waste
all resources hoarding space
while the homeless have no place
have's care not for have not's plight
this world is trite
it's so stupid
everywhere you look there's more
evil spreading a deepened core
defiled creatures, greed consumed
this world is doomed
