She walked across the silver screen
And in it were her hopes, her dreams
Her love for life that always seemed
To be falling, falling, into the dark
Her tears across her pillowcase
Makeup leaving rivers of black on her face
Wishing for just a simple embrace
But she's falling, falling, and losing her heart
And then she cried herself to sleep
Unlocking memories she'd keep
Of the moon so bright and her thoughts so deep
As she's falling, falling, she's tearing apart.
