We ride in the mountains
Across the bumpy hills
Down the steep ones on the other side
Over to the dirty puddles
We take the chance
kick the four wheeler into third
Speeding like a demon
Across the large puddles
Water splashes in our eyes
mud over our clothes
We then make the loop
do it again
Getting all soaked with water
spending hours there
Having a great time
Laughing out our minds
We then return to camp
Covered in mud
This was a fun day
Only a few weeks ago
It made me feel like a child
Splashing in the puddles
Author notes
im not sure if ridding the 4-wheeler is child like but it was sure fun

the joy of the racetrack,,,,
even the ones we imagined, is one of my own special memories, and indeed a great way to let your inner child soar. -
Liked this one very much. Loved the lines:
'It made me feel like a child
Splashing in the puddles'
This poem has a very sunshiny, happy day feeling. Almost felt I'd been there for a moment. Nice write.
