Chrystalized wonders fall from the sky,
onto the ground like a honey lullaby.
Safe by the fire I look in your eyes
leaf green and innocent as only a child's
I used to think I would be your downfall
Such a monster within would break free of it all
But sitting here with all of your trust
I won't ever hurt you
Season of life, years fly by
I'll watch over you like the earth sees the sky
Time will pass, years can fall
I'll watch over you through it all
You took your first steps into a big bright world
I tried not to be afraid for you little girl
But though you stumbled and when you fell
I always helped you up back to yourself
I'll watched you grow into a strong young thing
See your vows and the exchanging of rings
Don't worry sweetie, I'll always be there
To catch you and make sure you don't have a care
Seasons of life, years fly by
I'll watch over you like the earth sees the sky
Time will pass, years will fall
I'll watch over you through it all

I like this, it's really good! I love the part when you said "You took your first steps into a big bright world
I tried not to be afraid for you little girl
But though you stumbled and when you fell
I always helped you up back to yourself
I'll watched you grow into a strong young thing
See your vows and the exchanging of rings
Don't worry sweetie, I'll always be there
To catch you and make sure you don't have a care" I really like that part! really great write!

This makes me think of my own sisters and how much I love them. There's nothing like being the oldest and feeling both responsible for them and also not wanting to hold them back. I hope I manage to protect my shrukandu's as well as this describes. Thinking of my Abby getting married makes me want to cry
