I stand in a hospital wing
I see my dead body
The machine has just stopped
Noones around to come
Moments pass I'm alone
I've been dead and no-one knows
No alarms have sounded
I'm no emergency
Just another body to dispose of
Some more air for a better person
Doctors walk past
I just stare
Sitting now, 40 minutes
There I am, why does no-one come
Someone find me, help
I took a jump
Falling, Falling
Back into reality
Standing at the top of this building
Metres from the edge
I take the final step....
