When all else fails, they say,
you should try internet dating.
Don't believe them - it just
doesn't work and I'll tell you
why: you may find your "match"
on 300+ levels of compatibility
only to find they don't relate
to you in some small way, then
"MATCH IS CLOSED" - incommunicado.
You then try dating by a different
scheme - usually religion websites
for dating and matchmaking, but
then you always wait, and wait...
Did I mention how long you wait?
You may find people online on
other sites to be possible matches,
even here at AP, or some fantasy
site - even internet gaming.
But as far as I'm concerned,
No, thank you. I'll date the
old-fashioned way, by meeting
the boy and giving him a try.
This internet thing is just so
unreal, so fake...so not for me.
If you ask my advice, I'll tell
you straight off - avoid internet
dating like the plague.

it would be so scary to have to start dating again...But I agree with you - relationships must be so much more than how alike a database says you are...

I often wondered how people could do that
For the voice and the face doesnt tell you much other than what they put on it themselves its a blind date really and those can be a nightmare
