Mommy's going to lat you to rest
deep inside her heart.
She never got the chance to say goodbye,
for you were always to far aprt.

She never got to hold you,
or look into your eyes.
She never got the pleasure
of hearing your first strenuous cries.

Mommy will never forget you although
there are no memories to keep.
She will think about you everyday
and for everday she shall weep.

There are no words to express
mommy's pain the day you were taken away.
But the pain she will kepp in her
heart with each passing day.

Hush little baby, don't you cry
for you are in a better place.
Mommy will meet you soon with a
smile upon her face.

Rock a bye baby
have no fear.
The good Lord will
care for you until mommy is there.
