Unlike my co-judge I do dabble in short form poetry now and then - well, haiku, senryu and cinquains. I've never tried my hand at a haynaku but you make me want to give it a try. This is such a tight piece of writing and you've painted so many images in the mind in only 6 words. Well done! Thank you for this entry.

I am not a fan of all of this Haynaku business, I find it an easy way out; however, THIS I actually like I bow down to you for pulling it off This makes me realise that in come circumstances, no more needs to be said - you have sumed up some of my feelings on the subject in, whoa, SIX WORDS! This is emotional distance/detachment straight to the bone.

    Thanks for sharing

I like this, short and to the point. Even in a room full of people there is always a palatable distance.

a good piece of poetry which flows smoothly along the course of the mind and adds form to the equation with a gentle and subtle ease. this makes me think of love - beofre the internet people used to write handwritten letters and find love, we are moving away from those times now in this instant grab and throw away age.
