my expiration inhales
with a day-tide orb,
each gasp taken is,
etched with sunbeams.
My breath pants in
vibrant solar-shades,
each huff I suppress,
filters out a sunburst.
Your soulful touch wraps
me with a loving glow,
of summers warmth.

I loved the feel of this! It read and soft and wonderful as the story it told. This was an absolute pleasure to read!

Oh wow! Beautiful! Just how summer should be (don't know what happened to it this year
) 'Etched in sunbeams' and 'solar shades' are just two of the awesome phrases in this one. Short but deeply gorgeous hunni. The background goes really well with it to, very nice touch
Brilliantly penned, good luck in your contest
