Mood: good
Alert and satisfied
Putting things together on the screen.
I'm in the moment.
Body: Stiffness in the back
from bending and concentrating,
filtering out the surrounding
sound on the street.
I'm at an open door facing
a sidewalk. Shoppers pass up and down.
Cars pass on the street and trucks,
a distant roaring.
Mind affects body and body holds mind.
Right now, that's not unpleasant.
There is an absence of anger
and medium wellbeing.
Not thinking about things to be done,
and, I can honestly say,
no dissatisfaction
except over typos
but I'm catching them,
as far as I know.
