She carries
her own rainbow
as she walks winters
way to brighten
a dreary day.

Thank You!!
Thank You for Your entry: Sunshine
This piece tugged hard at Spirit and while I was reading which I do several times~ Images come to me in many forms~ while taking in Your words: as she walks winters- for some reason as soon as I read that line- kept getting reference to Washington- also phrase: my baby- and strange as it may sound- getting phrase: Sunshine on my Shoulders- from a John Denver song- and also getting word: Connecticut- after reading again- I am given word: paraphernalia- and what looks like scrapbooking materials- but also being shown reference to magazines-hidden under bed whether Yours or another persons- but shown that- now strange as this may sound- I'm nudged to mention- neighbor with the shifty eyes-(male) like caution- also given image of what appears to be a bong-
Whether metaphor or symbolism
Hopefully this makes some sense~
Excellent take on the prompt ~

Thank You for sharing Your Talent also Spirit!
Best wishes to You in the contest Sweet Soul
**Judging will be done shortly...
