Wake up, listen, this may be the last time
When you as a Christian may stand so tall
The King is coming, back to earth quite soon
Do you love Him, will you hear His call
Go shout it from the roof tops
Shout it out over the sea
Jesus Christ is coming again
He's coming for you and me
Have you given your heart to Jesus
Do you serve Him as Lord and King
Does His praises fill the air
From your lips do words of Him ring
Sing out oh friends I tell you
Shout to the highest mountain peak
Jesus Christ is King of Kings
And Lord of Lords as we speak

Great verse
Thank you, Katie, for a very heartfelt and meaningful poem. I especially like verse 2 "Go shout it from the roof tops" and verse 4 line 2 "Shout to the highest mountain peak..." emphasizing the urgency of the message and the title "Wake Up Friends" because we always think there is lots of time before Christ returns.
