A wizard loved her to the point of obsession
But she loved another and her love was returned heart to heart
His obsession turned to crazy lust and so that she could be had by no other
He cursed them both into animals
Her into a wolf and her lover into an eagle
She would be human during the night and him during the day
The only way to they could touch would be at dusk and dawn
Their curse would last til there was a night within a day
But the obsessed one didnt count on that day coming sooner than there death
or her begging for him to remove the curse
So now he had to face her at her worst
As a wolf she pounced him and almost killed him
But her love called her back and kept her from completeing the curse of the wolf
To his and the wizard's amazement she turned human as the moon passed over the sun
And thus the curse was done

Merry meet,
First off, thank you for entering my contest. I too, loved "Lady Hawk" and you did a marvelous job of combing the photo with the movie. Unfortunatly, you did not mark your poem "critical", thus making it ineligeable for placing (if you do not know how to mark it "critical", just IM me and I will explain). I will still give you three clappies because it really is a great poem.
Thank you again for entering.
