Damaged

Funny how life is sometimes,
How damaged a soul, a person can be.
Broken, shattered beyond repair,

Crazy how little things stay with you,
A moment or pain you can't move past.
Simply damaged.

I, myself am damaged,
Possibly shattered beyond repair.
Cause even when it may be real,
I still dont care.

Guarded or sheilded,
Heart's mechanism, soul's defense.
Trustin you doesnt make sense.

Maybe I'm scared or maybe plain smart,
However, whichever,
It's over and thats the sad relieving part.

Maybe one day I will heal,
From the scars to have left.
A round four is possible I guess.
