Favorite Farewell

I must say, you're definitely my favorite farewell.

A long war ensued, battles won and battles lost,
Comrades struck down before my very eyes,
Wounds recieved and given,
With no one around to treat them.

A compassionate enemy
A ruthless ally
A beautiful abomination
And a warped jewel.

None of them fit into their catagories,
And I'm tired of sorting them out.

I must say, you're definately my favorite farewell.

So goodbye, cruel world,
I leave you to more capable hands.

Awww this is so cute, I love the first line, it's a classic, sounds like a line I would come out with, because it seems to be the case often; I have to say goodbye, but it hurts more than anything.

AHHHH it bothers me so much when people misspell definitely.

'None of them fit into their catagories,
And I'm tired of sorting them out.'

    love that.
    good luck.

Oh, marvelous indentity terms. The ending line is the best. Very self declaratory.

      Thanks a lot!

I actually borrowed that line from a poem I wrote a couple of years ago, but it seemed to fit well.

      Thanks for reading!
