    "a soul left naked"
Baring one's soul while writing? Well, I guess that owuld make sense.

    "temptation's alter"
I think you meant 'altar', as in a platform structure thingy, right?? Not 'alter' like fixing something...

This is a cool phrase, but I'm not sure what temptation has to do with poetry...I mean, I'm not tempted to write poetry. I just like to...LoL...

"Poetry,"<--maybe a dash instead of a comma...doesn't really matter, I just think that would look better.

    Good luck

Hmm, I like it.. It's expressive yet softly done.. This is a unique form of poetry, one that I believe you did justice to. Good luck in the contest..
