A wonderful haiku, all the wonder of what will happen, where your students will be one day. A great teacher haiku, thank you so much!

I had a bit of trouble picturing 'buzzing' for me. A nice beautiful simple start to the morning of reading, thanks!

I am a teacher anticipating the first day of class and writing for a contest run by a teacher anticipating the first day of class.

The haiku represents the moment my (all teachers') alarm clock(s) go off that first day of school. We are sad because we can't continue our vacation and "sleep in" but we are so excited to begin a new school year filled with the "unlimited potential" in each of our students....

The first day of school is a magical day for teachers!

    The Best Teacher

knows how to say it best, and that would be you, dear Sis. Could hear the alarm clock telling me it is time to get to school and learn all those wonderful things you teach. Well done!

    Much love and hugs, SisBon
