Grasping hands so soft
like silk attached to skin
in peachy hue to blend
with human touch.
Teardrops cascade like
precious waterfalls on uncharted
islands, sending hopelessness
to Heaven for angels to weep
along so loneliness subsides...
"Forever": a fairytale in
heartbroken promises that fill
gray air which I refuse to breathe;
statue in the frozen air, clinging to belief.
Secrets spilled like wine
from a golden chalice, taking
with it all the uncertainty and sorrows;
reassurance beams from his smile- the prelude
to his leave, not final, but just for this visit.
True love will last eternity
