His love
encased my heart,
allowing it to open
receiving messages
through tender words
spoken with honesty,
Giving me courage to
reach for heart's dreams.
always with encouragement,
very gently he
encased my dreams with his,
yet, now walking
alone, in clandestine memories of his love,
reminds me that with
determination, together we will succeed.
Making both our dreams come true,
enlisting help from each other,
matching step for step,
our hopes, our dreams, our love for one another with
respect and encouragement,
I'll be there for him
every step of the way as he will for me,
showing the world around us
we are two hearts, believing in one mind.
