Precious Young Lady,
Who's to say, when is the right time to fall in love?
Who's to say, when is the right time to give your
self to another?
Questions without answers.
Life does not come with any written directions,
[ I'm sure we all wish it did at times. ]
If I knew back then, what I have learned over time
I would have done many things differently.
But I am not you, and I learned the hard way.
It doesn't mean you will to.
You will be the one who will have to live with your
decision for the rest of your life.
Once you give there is no taking back.
So I say to you " follow your heart and trust only
your own judgment " If in your gut it does not
feel right, then it isn't.
I honestly think that fifteen is a bit young. But when
someone you care for and love is growing up right in
front of your eyes, it's hard to step aside. Yet we can
only pray that you don't make any mistakes, or have
any regrets.
Whenever and whatever you decide to do, is up to you.
But remember to always protect your self, stay safe !!!
Trust your life to no one. Please remember that.
Your body is a God given gift, make sure others
respect it.
Also remember that you have a loving Mother and a
loving Aunt who you can always go to for help, or to
just talk with, or cry with, and yes even laugh with.
Precious Young Lady, no one is perfect, we all make
mistakes and we all have regrets. Your life in many
ways is just beginning. Take it slow and enjoy the
journey. I wish you the best always.
Love Ya, to bitzzzzzzzzzzz.
Joyce
P.S.
Always keep in mind, that there is only
one first tiime.
Joyce
I especially love the last sentence in your author note..."Now go and love and enjoy your life." I think that's all any of us can do...and if we get hurt along the way we learn from it...but hopefully still never regret it. Looking back at my first time I sometimes think/wish I had waited...then I wonder who else along the way it would have been...and that makes me believe I might have been wise after all.
