Wishing to undo what took root and ruined our lives
If only such events could be so easily replaced
Alas the problem lurks and sadder still, it thrives
And feasts upon the ones it so cruelly embraced
Such a curse can not be wished away
Nor can it ever be forgiven or forgotten
Instead we must wait until that merciful day
Whence illness plagues and death is soon begotten
Begging for release from curse's cold depths
Depression saturates our family's mentalities
Auspiciousness is more than dreams, it's myths
So long we anticipate salvation in fatality
