When I touched an angel's wing,
She helped me get through everything,
She picked me up so I stood tall,
She would never seem to let me fall,
Her beauty is unspeakable, divine,
Her personality so sublime,
Divination and such unearthly charms,
I wish to heaven I could hold her in my arms,
To softly kiss her, hands in hair,
Just to see her standing there,
She brightens up the darkest room,
Oh how her beauty does consume,
To get so lost inside her eyes,
To be the starlight in her nightly skies,
Her goddess features keep me sane,
Taking away all my pain,
When that angel took my hand,
Oh, how you cannot understand,
She is the most beautiful creature God ever made,
My love for her will never fade,
Once I touched an angel's wing,
And still she is my everything,

Lass, forget what piccola said. It was awsome, I loved its every word. I say it could even be transformed into a song, get the right band right voice, it'll be the best gothic wedding song i hear. Great choice of words and beautiful metaphors too. Very wonderful write.

pretty good rhyme but I feel that the flow is missing something. Less words here and there would make it a near perfect poem. Perhaps counting syllables would help. Also near the beginning there's a typo. You have 'ange;s instead of 'angels' always do an edit before entering ...
